Q: Can I choose between an experience and a gift card?

Yes. You can choose between any of our premium experiences or a gift card worth €500. If your referral becomes a customer, we'll reach out to coordinate your preferred reward and make all the arrangements.

Q: How will the person I refer be approached?

We only reach out after you've introduced us by email and included us in CC. From there, we'll continue the conversation in a professional and respectful way, understand their needs, and explore whether Deepdots could create value for their organization. There is never any pressure or obligation.

Q: Do I need to be involved in the process?

No. Once you've made the introduction, we'll take it from there. We'll handle the conversations, demos, follow ups, and keep you updated on the progress along the way.

Q: How do you handle declined referral data?

If a referral is declined or chooses not to engage, their data is securely deleted from our system in compliance with strict privacy regulations.
