Every customer gets their own category taxonomy, so you can shape the categories to fit your business. You can rename, merge, or change them at any time. You can use your own categories, let the AI generate categories, or combine both so the AI can add missing categories.

Our taxonomy is multi-level, moving from broad themes down to detailed subcategories. For example, instead of a single category like “Missing integrations”, you can open it and see exactly which integrations are missing.

Categories are automatically sorted by mentions and impact, so you can see which themes drive NPS, CSAT, revenue, or any other metric you track. You can add multiple impact metrics and switch between them whenever needed.

Our categorization also includes all segments, filters, and metrics you need. You can filter categories by date, product, service, geography, or any other relevant dimension.
