When Francisco and I founded the company in 2023, everything was different. ChatGPT had just taken off, and everyone was rushing to build prototypes on top of it.

There were still so many unknowns around LLMs. But one thing was clear: it was now possible to build things that hadn’t been possible before. Everything we had learned in the past could be reimagined in new and better ways that felt truly magical.

So, as we hacked together our first prototype of a better way to manage feedback, the name Magic Feedback came naturally.

Since then, everything has evolved. We brought together a team of deep thinkers, built and trained our own models, and moved from startups to enterprise customers.

What started as a prototype became a full AI platform that covers everything from collecting feedback to analyzing it and taking action. The magic is still there, but it is no longer a mystery. It comes from real innovation and a clear understanding of how things work.

As we looked around, one thing stood out. Everything we do is about depth. Every person on our team goes deep into problems to understand how things connect. Every product digs into the data to uncover why things are happening. And every customer comes to us to understand what moves the dots in their graphs.

We go deep to connect the dots. That is who we are. So just like Magic Feedback once felt right, deepdots now feels like the name that truly fits us.

That is why we are changing our name to Deepdots, and we hope you like it as much as we do.
