As we’ve grown, we’ve felt that the brand Magic Feedback, no longer represents who we are and what we do. When we started Magic Feedback, we wanted to build an AI-driven customer feedback solution for SMBs. The plan was simple: a self-explanatory name and a playful brand identity.
